Welcome to Geek Havok! My unique take on life and everything that’s in it. Since you’re here, I’m going to assume that you’re familiar with blogs, and are aware that this is my personal internet mecca, where I’m the Monarchy and I have no subjects to preside over.
I’ve been a few places in my 28 years of life, but this is the beginning of my time to travel to fun places, cook awesome food, mix some legit drinks, and tell you all about my life events from here until the end of time (or the end of my subscription to this domain). To recap, I’m a DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) resident (Eastern Standard Time, folks) who moved from the Mojave Desert out in good ol’ California. Its not all beautiful mountains and Redwood Forests or miles of beaches. There’s some desolate areas of that land mass, and that’s where I resided for 2.5 years of my life. Before that, I spent 4 years at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Prescott, Arizona. Its a prestigious school, and worth every cent that my student loans covered. Yet, some of us need to pay off those loans because we’re not a fan of debt, so I left ERAU for the “real adult life” working a 9-to-5 as a Flight Test Engineer, because airplanes are cool!
I’m the youngest of 12. Most of my family calls Michigan home, and it’s a lovely state to be from. I currently spend the holidays with my awesome mother, 2 sisters, and an aunt in Oregon (Or-eg-un, not Or-eg-ON, people!).
