Its been in the lower 30o F here in Virginia, and I’ve needed warm and cozy PJ’s just to sit in my living room.
Since its so cold, and I needed a distraction from the real world, I re-watched season 2 of The Mandalorian on Disney+, while sitting in my cozy Star Wars clothes and drinking hot liquids…
After each episode, I followed up with the ‘Behind the Scenes” portion called Disney Gallery. It adds a lot of magic to the already transfixing series. It adds backstage reasoning, logic, and the inner workings of set to the final product, explaining nuggets from the series and the great nerdiness of Dave Filoni.
Lets talk about this OUTFIT! My twin, Mariah, made me the Princess Leia beanie a few years ago for our birthday, and I’ve only been able to wear it a couple times. Sometimes its difficult to line up the buns with my ears, but for the most part, it looks pretty AWESOME! I bought the wookie pj’s while on a work trip to Tucson one week. I was stuck in my hotel and bored out of my mind, so I wondered Target and found that beauty in the Men’s department. My BFF Katie sent me those Ewok slippers for my 25th birthday, and I have worn them almost everyday since! The BlueRay/DVD set is the reimaged original trilogy that started my whole obsession with the series, saga, and all other Star Wars EVERYTHING ever created. And last, the fleece blanket was a purchase from HomeGoods when I was looking for Christmas pillows this past December. I couldn’t PASS that UP!
That cup is from DollarTree, but I can promise you I bought out my local store, so you’ll have to find another location for your Star Wars paraphernalia.
This is the FULL Skywalker Saga, rather than the original trilogy that I have.
These are the slippers that my BFF Katie bought for me.
This is the jumper that I bought. I should’ve gotten the extra-large, since I look all squatty instead of tall and hairy like a Wookie.
