“That’s no moon… – Obi Wan Kenobi (Ben Kenobi)”
I’m starting something new this year, to keep up with my own ambitions and stay true to the name: Geek Havok. I’ll be posting a bunch of stuff about my obsessions of nerd things, and this year is going to revolve around Star Wars. Stay tuned!!
After Luke Skywalker dropped the phaser bomb into the Death Star and the base exploded, the Empire needed a new planet destroyer. To accomplish this, the Imperial Enginners took up residnece on Endor, the forest moon of the panet yielding the same name. These troops and scientists installed a shield generator to keep the Death Star II in stationary orbit near the Outer Rim planet. Due to the repulsorlift field emitted by the generator, Endor was prone to earthquakes.
How does this tie in, you ask? We’re making cocktails! But here’s the rub: We’re going to need a powerful blender – similar to those repulsorlift fields and earthquakes!

Here’s the recipe for a Coconut Frozen Mojito, because who DOESN’T love refresshing drinks in February?!
- 4 shots cream of coconut or cocunt milk
- 4 shots coconut rum
- 2 shots fresh lime juice
- 8 fresh mint leaves
- 4 cups ice
- Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender with 4 cups of ice
- Blend until completely smooth, then pour in glasses
- Garnish with mint and lime wedges
In Return of the Jedi, the cast and crew filmed these portions in the Redwood forest in Northern California. Its a magical land filled with tall, lush trees and a variety of wildlife and natural beauty.

Short and Sweet, that’s it for me! I’m going to go enjoy this cocktail!
Until Next Time, Readers!
